Compassion Without Compromise Workshop Video & Digital Resources
Since my workshops are built around discussion-based, discovery learning, there's no substitute for actually being there. But I hope you'll find these digital resources helpful.
What started as a movement to “let two adults live how they want in the privacy of their own home” has become an all-out effort to indoctrinate young children. Little boys and girls are being told, “You might have been born in the wrong body!” Hollywood, big business, public schools and our government are colluding to fundamentally transform our culture’s understanding of sexuality and gender identity.
Our battle is not against people; we are at war with spiritual forces that breathe destructive lies. We are all called to welcome and love people who struggle with sexual brokenness. At the same time, bold Christians must be willing to say “No!” to the Enemy’s agenda. This workshop will equip you to stand on truth and reach out with love.
This workshop focuses on the social campaign to redefine our basic understanding of gender and sexuality. Any discussion of these issues is multifaceted. It will touch on issues that are philosophical, theological, historical, and, in some cases, deeply personal.
While this workshop is not designed to address the complex questions faced by those who experience same-sex attraction or gender dysphoria, we believe that every person is welcome in the church. Every person struggles with complex questions that cut to the core of our identity. Those who struggle in areas of gender and sexuality should know they are loved and valued by God and the church family.
That said, we believe it is important for Christians to be salt and light in society. We are called to stand and speak for those who do not have a voice. We should seek to preserve systems established to benefit everyone. These include things like schools, government, and media. These will be the focus of our workshop.
